Experience the Garden Route’s abundant fauna and flora on foot. Follow a Botlierskop field guide as he tracks for 2 ½ hours through diverse habitats such as coastal Renosterveld, Cape fynbos, birds and more.
A Botlierskop Guide will take the children on a 1 hour walk to identify animal footprints, fauna and flora. A certificate will be given once complete. Ages 4-12 years.
Enjoy a 20 min Pony ride for kids ages 4-6 yr or older. Go for a stroll around the Village Garden with a view of the surrounding nature.
Play areas are available for children and Includes a sandpit, jungle gym, water fountain, swings and wooden horses. Kids club for full board guests.

Come and enjoy our shady picnic areas on wooden decks at the dam with your pre-booked luxury picnic basket or upgrade your included lunch to a picnic set in the picturesque surroundings.
Try your hand at fishing and ask your guide to arrange a fishing rod and tackle. Fish species include Carp, Largemouth Bass and Freshwater Eels. All ages are welcome. Fishing license fee applies
Facilities are available for day visitors or guests staying at Botlierskop Loges. A play area and kids swimming pool are available as well as a pool for adults. Lunch bookings are essential and open from 10:00-15:00

The Bellevue Restaurant mostly serves an a la carte menu but occasionally does buffets and dinner barbeques upon request. The menu includes pizza, salads, sandwiches and meat dishes. Guests can enjoy a scrumptious meal or for a relaxing afternoon, come and enjoy a cocktail while watching the most amazing sunset.The Restaurant is open to the public but limited space is available. Please note that the pool area is exclusively for use by accommodation guests only.
