TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. Participation in the YOU GOOD Rewards Program is subject to the YOU GOOD Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
    2. Every Cardholder is subject to these General Terms and Conditions and by participating in the YOU GOOD Rewards Program, the Cardholder agrees that he/she has (and shall be deemed to have) read, understood and unconditionally accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
  2. ELIGIBILITY OF MEMBERSHIP
    1. Applicants may become Cardholders by completing the registration Form. Application forms may be obtained directly from Botlierskop Private Game Reserve or https://botlierskop.ratality.com/
    2. Each Cardholder will receive a membership number for the YOU GOOD REWARD PROGRAM
    3. Membership of the YOU GOOD Rewards Program is only available to Persons over the age of 18, unless otherwise determined in writing by Botlierskop Private Game Reserve
    4. Membership of the YOU GOOD Rewards Program is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa
    5. Membership will be established in the Cardholder’s personal capacity and name as it appears on the Cardholder’s valid passport and/or national identification document from time to time. Only such Cardholder may earn and accumulate Rewards on this membership number.
    6. Cardholders are responsible for advising Botlierskop Private Game Reserve of correct and accurate information. Cardholders must advise Botlierskop Private Game Reserve of any change in membership details as soon as practicable after the change and submit such changes to the Botlierskop Private Game Reserve contact center in writing, including the membership number and proof of identification (a copy of identity document or passport).
    7. All personal information relating to a Cardholder will be dealt with in accordance with the privacy policy set out in clause 8 below.
  3. REWARDS: EARNING, ACCUMULATION AND REDEMPTION
    1. Membership Card OR Virtual card is available
      1. YOU GOOD Cards when issued will ordinarily allow Cardholders to immediately use same forpurposes of earning Rewards.
      2. Cardholders must present a valid YOU GOOD Card or VIRTUAL CARD when acquiring an Eligible Product or redeeming Rewards at any of the Partners in the Partner Network
    2. Earning and Accumulation of Rewards
      1. Rewards are earned upon purchasing Eligible Products and are credited to a Cardholder’s Account.
      2. The number of Rewards awarded is calculated by reference to the South African Rand value of an Eligible Product (exclusive of any VAT or other taxes on the Eligible Transaction). The rate of earning shall be determined by Botlierskop Private Game Reserve from time to time.
      3. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve may on reasonable notice (including via electronic and/or internet-based communication) change the rate of earning at any time.
      4. Rewards may also be credited to a Cardholder’s Account as a result of promotions offered from time to time by Botlierskop Private Game Reserve or a Partner. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve and the Partner shall determine which products qualify for Rewards and the number of Rewards that will be credited to a Cardholder’s Account for such purposes.
      5. BotCoins may not be earned when referring a family member, friend, colleague or associate.
      6. Rewards and benefits are applicable only when the member personally occupies the room, or when special offers allow for booking more than one room. The member must accompany the other party in order to receive special rates and other benefits.
      7. BotCoins may not be earned or used as payment for functions, events or company bookings.
      8. BotCoins may not be earned when booking through a third party booking agent or a travel agent.
      9. Cardholders may verify the balance of Rewards held on a YOU GOOD Card either by:
        • obtaining the balance directly from Botlierskop Private Game Reserve; or
        • by accessing the Botlierskop Private Game Reserve website in the manner provided on link https://botlierskop.ratality.com/
  4. REDEMING REWARDS
    1. Subject to the YOU GOOD Rewards Program Conditions, Cardholders (not Applicants) may redeem Rewards during business hours.
    2. Where Cardholders have not accumulated sufficient unexpired Rewards for purchase of an Eligible Product, he/she may combine the Rewards with a cash payment.
    3. Rewards will be adjusted to reflect refunds or other events which result in a reversal of an Eligible Transaction which earned Rewards.
    4. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash, credit or any other consideration. Rewards hold no value outside of the YOU GOOD Rewards Program.
    5. Without limiting the provisions of clause 4.4, Rewards are personal to the Cardholder and, subject to clause 7.2, may not be transferred, assigned, sold or combined with any account or Rewards of another person, whether or not that person is a member of the YOU GOOD
    6. Rewards may not be redeemed if expired.
    7. BotCoins will be rewarded 24hours after your first visit and can only be used on your second visit and thereafter.
  5. EXPIRY OF REWARDS
    1. All Rewards earned are valid for one (1) years after the month in which such Rewards were earned unless otherwise stated herein or agreed in writing between Botlierskop Private Game Reserve on the one hand and the Cardholder on the other hand.
    2. Rewards are earned with effect from the date of the relevant Eligible Transaction
    3. Rewards may not be redeemed if they have expired.
    4. Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause 6, Botlierskop Private Game Reserve may, in its discretion, elect to treat any expired Rewards as valid and redeemable..
    5. In the event that a Cardholder does not use his YOU GOOD Card for a continuous period of twelve (12) months reckoned from any date, the Cardholder’s Account may be closed temporarily or permanently or otherwise dealt with Botlierskop Private Game Reserve’s discretion and the YOU GOOD Card connected thereto, as the case may be, suspended, deactivated or cancelled by Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. Cardholders will receive advance notice of inactivity which could result in the aforesaid consequences.
  6. ADMINISTRATION FEE
    1. No administration fees will be charged. A lost card free of R50 including vat will be charged client request a replacement card. Alternatively, clients can use virtual card.

    3. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve cannot be held responsible for correspondence sent to you which is lost or delayed in the mail or via sms.
  7. PRIVACY POLICY
    1. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve protects the user's privacy. Recorded personal information may be accessed in compliance with the published Protection of Personal Information (“POPI”) Act/ Policy. Recorded personal information not required for Botlierskop Private Game Reserve’s performance pursuant to the programme, programme participation, including assigned benefits, will be determined immediately.
    2. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without the user's permission or due process.
    3. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve gathers and will be in possession of the following private and personal information:
      1. Information provided by the user voluntarily - this information is used to provide a better service to users;
      2. Information automatically provided (e.g. cookies) - this information is gathered to better your browsing and interaction with Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. Cookies cannot harm your computer or carry viruses; and
    4. By using the YOU GOOD Rewards Program; YOU GOOD Card and/or website the User consents to the following:
      1. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve may use your personal information to communicate with the user from time to time. Users may indicate if they do not wish to receive such communications; and
      2. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve may use user's information for non-personal statistical purposes.
      3. Botlierskop Private Game Reserve shall monitor and record all calls and other interaction with you and you hereby give permission for such communication.
